Chalok Baan Kao Bay looks out to Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, and the Ang Thong Marine National Park. Hin Taa Toh (Buddha Rock), a well-known landmark on Koh Tao can be seen on the cape on the east side. The beach here slopes down gently into shallow water so it’s ideal for families with children.​
