Ever wanted to acquire the Thai cooking skills needed to prepare your own delicious Thai dishes? Now you can do this on one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand – Koh Tao! All our Thai cooking lessons are held in small groups. No more than 6 cooking apprentices are in each Thai cooking course. They are led by our experienced Thai chef “Joy”. Joy speaks fluent English and is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of preparing Thai dishes. Her specialties are sea food (southern Thai cuisine) and vegetarian spicy dishes.

FACILITIES
We decided on 6 cooking stations. Every student of our cooking classes, which are limited to 6 participants, is able to prepare the dishes completely themselves. One of the experiences we had from our former places is, that stove tops and work tops in Thailand are hardly ever ergonomic. So special attention was paid to create the height of the work spaces after European standards. We are giving you the choice between the traditional, simple Thai woks and modern Teflon coated woks from Tefal™, which we expect to be similar to the cookware used at home by our customers. Right aside our cooking stations is the eating bar to sample the cooked food right away after preparation with a breathtaking view over the Gulf of Thailand with Koh Nang Yuan.
THE COURSE
Joy's cooking class has everything to be one of the highlights of your trip to Koh Tao. With a keen knowledge of Thai cuisine, she puts in an incredibly well-prepared cooking class and also enjoyable to both kitchen aficionados and beginners alike. The location is a fantastic place to hold her cooking classes. The kitchen is semi-exterior and offers ocean views to enjoy while cooking and while eating the food you have made.
Duration: 3 hours
Starting: Morning at 9:30 am or Afternoon at 2:30 pm.
Number of Students: Max. 6 per class.
Included: 3 dishes per class of fixed menu.
Additional Information:
These menus are quite easy to prepare and reflect the dishes most requested by students. However, since groups are small and limited, if you or your group is the first to make a reservation, you will be able to choose your menu from the options below.
LOCATION
Did we mention that the location is stunning? We are very happy to have found this gorgeous place, which is centrally between Mae Haad and Sairee. It has a great view but there is no grueling hike up the mountains.
